Toni has lived in Effingham County for the past 13 years, raising her three children here. She comes from Sacramento, CA, with a background in Banking Management. She has received her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, as well as completed her Brokers Course and has a designated Associate Brokers License.

Toni is the Broker/Owner for Platinum Properties Real Estate Group. She has grown this division of Platinum Properties significantly in the 2 years of taking it over. She has established relationships with many of the areas businesses, such as Gulfstream and EFACEC, in both Sales and Rentals. Toni is also an Associate Broker with ERA Southeast Coastal Real Estate.

One of Toni’s most recent accomplishments was being recognized as one of Effingham County’s Leaders, after finishing a yearlong Leadership Course.
